In this lab you will use hands-on training to learn echocardiographic and peripheral vascular sonography scanning techniques. Scanning techniques include transducer use, patient positioning, image orientation and instrumentation, optimization to image the heart and lower extremity venous structures. Emphasis will also be placed on the prevention of musculoskeletal injuries (MSI).
